pk70 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by pk70 (accessible at pk70.asia and its associated sub-domains and pages, collectively referred to herein as the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions available on the Platform.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and pk70 ("pk70," "we," "us," "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has been created.

To register and use pk70, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute requirement and no exceptions are permitted under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, bots, or other non-human entities are strictly prohibited from registering on the Platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited to the best of your knowledge and under your own legal responsibility.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any pk70 employee, contractor, or affiliated entity in a role that could create a conflict of interest.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the pk70 Platform or any other gaming platform as part of a formal self-exclusion programme that remains active.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identity document, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. pk70 reserves the right to verify this information at any point and to suspend or permanently close accounts where false or misleading registration information is identified.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) active pk70 account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in all related accounts being permanently closed. Any winnings, bonuses, or balances held across duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture pending a formal review.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pk70 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.
• All activity that occurs on your pk70 account, whether or not you authorised such activity.
• Ensuring that your registered contact details, including your email address and mobile number, remain current and accurate at all times.
• Logging out of your account whenever you leave a shared or public device.

pk70 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact pk70 support immediately via live chat or by emailing the support address found in the footer of the Platform.

All deposits and withdrawals on the pk70 Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following financial conditions apply to all transactions:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000 per transaction.
• Transaction fees: pk70 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals via any supported payment method.
• Supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, Bank Transfer, and USDT.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the following indicative timelines: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within one to three hours. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are settled on the same business day for requests submitted before the daily processing cut-off. pk70 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or those exceeding defined threshold amounts.

Players acknowledge that funds deposited into their pk70 wallet are held in accounts segregated from pk70's operational funds, in accordance with the requirements of the platform's operating framework. Players may only withdraw funds to payment methods that have been previously used to deposit, or to verified accounts in their own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

pk70 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated within the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are only available to Players who have fully completed the account registration process and have verified their identity where required.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players on their first deposit only, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Players who have previously held a pk70 account are not eligible for new Player promotions.
• All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the amount of eligible play required before bonus-derived winnings become available for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of stake towards wagering. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at reduced rates as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have defined expiry dates. Any bonus credit and associated winnings that have not been wagered through before the expiry date will be removed from the Player's account without further notice.
• pk70 reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, modify its terms, or cancel a Player's bonus if there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting game mechanics in a way not consistent with genuine play.

All casino games and skill-based games available on the pk70 Platform are governed by the rules specific to each game title, as provided by the respective game supplier. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific rules of an individual game, the individual game rules shall prevail in respect of that game's operation.

Players acknowledge and accept that:

• All casino games at pk70 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to determine outcomes. These systems are independently audited by accredited testing agencies, and outcomes are not predetermined, manipulated, or influenced by any party.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published by the respective game providers and reflect the theoretical long-run return. Individual session results will vary and RTP is not a guarantee of any specific outcome in any given session.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error that interrupts a game round, pk70's recorded server data shall be the authoritative record of the game's state at the time of interruption. pk70 will attempt to resolve all technical issues fairly, but cannot guarantee that interrupted game rounds will be replayed from the exact point of interruption.
• Any bets placed using funds that were deposited through a transaction that is subsequently reversed, charged back, or fraudulently obtained will be voided, and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

The pk70 sports betting section, including all cricket markets, PSL betting, and other sporting events, operates under the following rules:

• Bet acceptance: All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Bets are confirmed only once pk70's systems have processed and accepted the wager; a bet confirmation reference number is issued upon successful placement.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before bet acceptance is confirmed. If the odds on a selection change between the time you initiate a bet and the time it is processed, pk70 may reject the bet or offer you the revised odds, depending on the platform's current odds settings.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond a defined period, or if there is clear evidence of a data or pricing error. Voided bet stakes are returned to the Player's wallet.
• In-play betting: Live or in-play bets are settled based on pk70's official data sources for the relevant sporting event. In-play markets may be suspended at any time at pk70's discretion. Live PSL betting markets are offered subject to data feed availability.
• Maximum payout: pk70 reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits on any individual bet or market. These limits are displayed in the relevant market at the time of bet placement.
• Match fixing and corruption: Any account found to be placing bets with knowledge of, or involvement in, match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of sports corruption will be permanently closed, with all balances forfeited and the matter referred to the relevant authorities.

pk70 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for all Players. The platform operates with a strict 21+ age policy, and all registered accounts are subject to identity and age verification at pk70's discretion.

pk70 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings at no charge and without any delay or cooling-off period:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk70 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms. pk70 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate, including immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person in creating an account in violation of these Terms.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or exploit any part of the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions in any game for financial gain. Players who encounter a suspected malfunction must cease play immediately and report it to pk70 support.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including use of stolen or fraudulently obtained payment methods, identity theft, or impersonation.
• Participating in any form of money laundering, structuring, or use of the Platform to process the proceeds of illegal activity.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes in any multiplayer game format.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your pk70 account to any other person.
• Placing bets on behalf of or for the benefit of any other person without their knowledge, or acting as an agent for undisclosed third parties.
• Using VPN services or other technical means to misrepresent your location or identity.

pk70 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity verification or age verification checks.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for illegal purposes.
• Evidence of collusion, use of prohibited software, or match fixing.
• Chargebacks filed against pk70 by the Player or their payment provider.
• A regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority.

Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, any balances held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct — for example, at the Player's own request — the balance held in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk70 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors resulting in game session disruption.
• Any decision made by the Player based on information provided on the Platform, including odds, game descriptions, or promotional materials.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

pk70's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk70 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy details what data is collected, for what purposes, how long it is retained, and your rights as a data subject.

pk70 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect Player data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Players are encouraged to use strong, unique passwords and to enable two-factor authentication on their accounts.

All content on the pk70 Platform, including but not limited to the pk70 brand name, logo, website design, text, images, graphics, game interfaces, software, and all related intellectual property rights, are owned by or licensed to pk70. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of pk70.

Game content provided by third-party suppliers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, Play'n GO, and Big Time Gaming remains the intellectual property of those respective suppliers and is used by pk70 under valid licence agreements.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pk70's operating jurisdiction under its international gaming license framework. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pk70's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration administered under internationally recognised arbitration rules.

Where a complaint requires additional investigation — for example, where it involves a disputed game outcome, a suspected technical failure, or a payment discrepancy — pk70 may take up to 28 days to resolve the matter, and will provide the Player with a progress update no less frequently than every seven days during that period.

pk70 maintains an internal escalation process for unresolved complaints. Details of the escalation path are provided to Players upon request via the support team.
